Ifugao girl and Baguio City street kid featured in children's book series

Trisha Mae Kitong, a grade 4 student in Lagawe, Ifugao is a treasured hudhud chanter. A student of the Hudhud School of Living Tradition, she is also a recepient of an award from the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.

Ariel Estigoy used to roam the streets of Baguio City. But now he is a high school scholar of the Save Our Street Children Foundation Inc.

Trisha Mae and Ariel are both featured in the Bantay Bata children's book series published by Museo Pambata and the Kwentista ng mga Tsikiting.
